May

I've found heaven on earth. She's called a 'Mommy's Helper'...

In addition to barking like a dog whenever she sees or hears one (which is bo-bo-bo NOT to be confused with bow-bow-bow) she has now added lion & monkey to her zoo-lexicon. Although she won't do the 'oo-oo-oo' part of oo-oo-oo-AH-AH-AH for the monkey - she'll only do the AH-AH-AH. But that's ok. Still totally cute.

Adrienne & Garet watching the BIG Franklin Township Memorial Day Parade. Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade organizers could learn a thing or 2 from this 15 minute showcase...

She takes her shoes out of the closet one by one & puts them on the bottom step. Then she reorganizes them to make room to sit. Then she has to check them all out. Sometimes she wants on a Croc and a Teva, sometimes a patent leather with a Stride Rite. Carrie Bradshaw would be impressed.

I was completely unprepared for this momentous occasion as you can tell by the FULL SIZE dinner fork I was feeding her with. She suddenly took the fork and fed HERSELF!

Big day yesterday - she got her first Legos.

And although she is constantly stacking things and plays with MY Lego fridge magnets there were no Lego creations yesterday (Well, at least by her - I made a pretty nifty car! Not to be confused with Greg's jalopy in the picture...). She was far too preoccupied with dumping them out of the bin, putting them back in & taking the lid on & off...

Ahh, but the real joy was realizing the bin doubles as a chair!

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Not so sure about that. (Turn up the volume)

Adrienne's chugging on mommy's behalf.

Spagetti for dinner. Bib-less. These are wild & crazy times...
What's more fun than watching a dog lick peanut butter off the roof of its mouth...?! Watching a 15mos old untangle spagetti from her nose!

Her infamous comrades at ChildTime!
"Get that camera out of my face before I pull a Sean Penn on your paparazzi ass!"
She recently discovered her belly button. And will gladly whip up your shirt to point out yours too.

On a playdate with cousin Cassandra. She had a little fun. Just a little.
